returned goods must include the original dust bag/packaging and show no sign of use.

goods received as a gift may only be exchanged or credited, unless requested by the original purchaser.

in the case of faults, jnr.life will cover all costs of returning the item and will endeavour to repair or replace the item as soon as possible. you will receive a full refund for the item if the item cannot reasonably be repaired or replaced, or if required by law.

jnr.life will not be responsible for return shipping costs (domestic & international) nor duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases (other than faulty items) for the exchange of change of mind items. it is the responsibility of the customer to cover shipping costs to dispatch their updated order upon exchange of goods.

jnr.life cannot be held liable for return parcels that are lost - we recommend returning the parcel using a registered postal service.

jnr.life reserves the right to deny a return if it does not meet our returns policy.

absolutely ! we know life with juniors can be messy (fun).

our play.mats and play.shapes are both made from unique fabrics which are resistant to water, stains and uv. this means they can be spot  cleaned with a mild water-soap solution. or for a deeper clean, you can wash (their covers) in the machine on a cold-gentle cycle with a normal detergent and then simply line-dry, indoors or outdoors.  please ensure you follow the care instructions and do not tumble dry, iron or dry clean.

our quilted boom boom playmats are designed in australia and created from an upholstery grade non-toxix acrylic-canvas, and memory-foam inner and made in oeko-tex certified facility. 

they are soft to the touch, and the fine diamond-quilting detail coupled with the memory-cushioning (approx 1cm), means they provide a beautifully cushioned and safe play surface for bubs into juniors. 

this unique fabrication also means they are resistant to water, stains and uv and can be spot cleaned, as well as being machine washed (on a cold gentle cycle).

our boom boom playmats are quilted and made from a canvas which is soft to the touch, and coupled with our diamond quilting and memory-foam inner, they provide a stable and cushioned play-surface for bubs of all stages. both our round (135cm) and oval (2m x 1.2m) shapes are oversized, and the combination of all of these features mean they have a great weighting on hard floors.

our play.room-mate(tress) is a thicker playmat which is 115cm x 4cm. it has a removeable (and double-sided) cover and foam inner and is an ideal cushioned base on hard floors.
