please note, we do not ship on weekends, victorian or australian national public holidays. orders placed during this time will be processed the next available business day.

all orders receive full tracking information, communicated via email at the time of dispatch. all orders require a signature upon delivery unless otherwise stated by the customer. we do not ship to po boxes.

please note that due to network disruptions, delivery delays are being experienced. we ask you to allow for an additional 3-5 business days to receive your order from our courier partners.

international orders - duties & taxes

^due to the costs of shipping internationally, we reserve the right to charge extra for international orders after your order is placed. 

please note that all international orders may be subject to duties and taxes upon arrival into the destination country.

jnr.life has no authority or influence over these charges which are payable to the receiver, upon arrival. they are determined by the local customs authority, and we are unable to estimate the total amount in your shopping cart.

please note that many countries have specific import restrictions on certain products or materials and it is the responsibility of customers to check local customs regulations before placing an order for shipping outside australia. 

jnr.life does not offer any assistance in this process. for more information, please contact your local customs office.

jnr.life will not be responsible for return shipping costs nor duty reimbursement in the case of international returns.

returns

we will gladly accept returns for all orders, within 14-days of the goods’ receipt date for a refund, exchange or credit note.

returned goods must include the original dust bag and show no sign of use.

goods received as a gift may only be exchanged or credited, unless requested by the original purchaser.

in the case of faults, jnr.life will cover all costs of returning the item and will endeavour to repair or replace the item as soon as possible. you will receive a full refund for the item if the item cannot reasonably be repaired or replaced, or if required by law.

jnr.life will not be responsible for return shipping costs (domestic & international) nor duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases (other than faulty items) for the exchange of change of mind items. it is the responsibility of the customer to cover shipping costs to dispatch their updated order upon exchange of goods.

jnr.life cannot be held liable for return parcels that are lost - we recommend returning the parcel using a registered postal service.

jnr.life reserves the right to deny a return if it does not meet our returns policy.

jnr.life can also facilitate the return of goods for a fee of $15, or an exchange of goods for a return-way fee of $25 (australia-only)
